By using the Site or our Services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy.

Fusietek is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy. Where we process data on behalf of a business client — for example, data inside a system we host or maintain for them — that client is the controller and we act as a processor under our contract with them. In that case, please refer to that client’s own privacy notice.
02Personal data we collect
2.1 Data you give us directly
- Identity and contact data — name, job title, company name, email address, telephone number, and the country or emirate you are based in.
- Enquiry and project data — the content of contact forms, quotation requests, service briefs, support tickets, emails and messages you send us, including any documents or attachments you choose to share.

- Billing data — billing name and address, TRN / VAT number, purchase order references and invoice history.
- Recruitment data — CV, employment history, education, references and right-to-work information if you apply for a role.
- Marketing preferences — your consent to, or opt-out from, newsletters and commercial communications.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution and language settings.
- Usage data — pages viewed, time spent, referring URL, links clicked, files downloaded, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookie data — see section 8.
2.3 Data from third parties
- Business contact details from public sources such as company websites, LinkedIn or trade directories, used strictly for business-to-business outreach.
- Confirmation of payment status from our payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Analytics and advertising identifiers from the providers listed in section 6.
2.4 What we do not want
Please do not send us sensitive personal data — data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or political beliefs, trade union membership, criminal records, health or biometric data — unless we have specifically asked for it and explained why. If you send it unprompted, we will delete it where we lawfully can.
2.5 Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact info@fusietek.ae and we will delete it.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see section 9). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
04Marketing communications
If you subscribe or ask us for information, we may send you occasional updates about our services. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email info@fusietek.ae at any time.
We will still send you service messages — invoices, security notices, incident reports and contractual updates — because these are necessary to the service and are not marketing.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
05How we protect your data
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including:
- encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest for our production databases;
- role-based access control, so staff only access what their role requires;
- multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts;
- logging and monitoring of access to systems holding personal data;
- regular patching, backups and tested restore procedures;
- confidentiality obligations in every employee and contractor agreement;
- due diligence and written data-processing terms with our vendors.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to prejudice your privacy or security, we will notify the UAE Data Office and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by the PDPL.
06Who we share your data with
We share personal data only where there is a clear need, and always under contract or legal obligation:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure — AWS / Azure / Google Cloud — state region
- Email and productivity tools — Google Workspace
- CRM and support tools — Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Zendesk
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4
- Payment processors — Network International / Telr / Stripe
- Professional advisers — auditors, accountants, lawyers and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
- Authorities — UAE regulators, courts, law enforcement or tax authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
- Corporate transactions — a buyer or successor entity if Fusietek is sold, merged or reorganised, subject to equivalent protections.
Before publishing: replace the bracketed vendors above with the ones you actually use. An inaccurate list is treated more seriously by regulators than a missing one.
07International transfers
Some of the providers above may store or process data outside the UAE. We transfer personal data internationally only where:
- the destination country has been recognised by the UAE Data Office as offering an adequate level of protection; or
- appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or an equivalent contractual commitment; or
- a specific exception under Article 23 of the PDPL applies, including your explicit consent.
You may request details of the safeguards we use by writing to info@fusietek.ae.
